"You can go to Brazil with a muted palette of Korean minimalism. They are not going to like it."

— Giulia Greco

I've been inside
the machine.
I know where it breaks.

I started as a freelance translator and interpreter. I ended up building global localization at Shopify — one of the fastest international expansions in e-commerce history. 175+ countries. A team that grew from 3 to 16. Seven new markets in eight months.

That dual perspective — running programs at scale and now working with the vendors and companies on both sides — is what I bring to every engagement. I know what buyers want, what wins business, and what actually moves the needle.

Native Italian. Fluent in English & French. Working knowledge of Spanish and German. 25 years in Canada. I understand what it means to actually be from somewhere else.

Two worlds.
One consultant.

I work with two distinct groups of clients. Companies that want to go international — and the language industry professionals who make it happen. The difference in how I help each is significant. What I know about both sides is what makes this work.
